Built on the Belief That Change Is Possible
BridgePoint Transitional Homes was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that with the right environment, accountability, and support, adult men can transform their lives and build lasting futures. Too many men leave incarceration, treatment programs, or difficult situations with nowhere stable to go and that instability becomes the very obstacle that prevents recovery and growth.
We created BridgePoint to fill that critical gap a structured transitional housing program that meets men where they are, provides the stability they need, and empowers them to move forward with confidence and purpose.
This is not charity. This is investment in people, in communities, and in futures worth building.

Rebecca Dickson, MSW, LGSW
Founder & Director, BridgePoint Transitional Homes
My name is Rebecca Dickson, and I am the founder and director of BridgePoint Transitional Homes, a structured transitional housing program dedicated to supporting men as they rebuild stability and move toward independent living.
I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in social work and have over nine years of experience working in housing and community-based services. Through my professional experience, I recognized a significant gap in safe, structured housing options for men navigating major life transitions.
That realization inspired me to create BridgePoint Transitional Homes, a place where men can find stability, rebuild confidence, and work toward long-term independence in a supportive and accountable environment.
At BridgePoint, we believe that stable housing is the foundation for lasting change. By helping men regain stability and direction, we also strengthen families and contribute to healthier, safer communities.
